We ship across the United States. Here is what to expect after you place an order.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order ships.
Delivery times
- Small items (consoles, speakers, accessories): typically 3–7 business days.
- Large items (e-bikes, scooters, generators, outboard engines): typically 5–10 business days.
- Freight items (golf carts, LSVs, dirt bikes, commercial Christmas trees 12 ft+): delivered by freight carrier, typically 7–21 business days. The carrier will contact you to schedule delivery.
Shipping costs
- Standard items (consoles, speakers, monitors, e-bikes, scooters, generators, outboard engines, standard Christmas trees): $49 flat rate per order.
- Freight items (golf carts, LSVs, dirt bikes and commercial Christmas trees 12 ft+): $799 per item, delivered curbside by freight carrier.
- If your order contains both, you pay $49 plus $799 for each freight item. The exact total is shown at checkout before you pay.
- We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
Freight delivery
Please inspect freight deliveries before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours with photos.
