We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is not right, here is how returns and refunds work.

Return window

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with all accessories and manuals.

Items that cannot be returned

  • Vehicles and engines that have been used, registered, fueled or charged and ridden.
  • Custom or special-order items.
  • Opened software, digital codes and gift cards.

How to start a return

  1. Email info@flexielectronic.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will send return instructions and, where applicable, a return authorization.
  3. Ship the item back securely packed. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or wrong items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
